Yoga is the best method to relieve stress related symptoms and restore balance and harmony to the body and mind. Pilates aims more on the body and its muscle strength. During one hour you will be guided by Sinéad through Pilatus (strength) and Yoga (flexibility) excersises combined together with focus on breathing and relaxation.
